Privacy notice

Alux Business Travel, the corporate division of Alux Travel and Tours Inc., uses the information you submit to review your program needs, respond to your enquiry, and discuss planning services.

Program enquiries may include names, company information, contact details, travel timing, budgets, and planning requirements. Sensitive traveler information should not be submitted through the initial enquiry form.

Enquiry handling

Submitted enquiries are stored in our hosted database. Our email service sends Alux a notification so we can follow up. Hosting, database, and email providers process information to operate these services.

Browser storage and referral information

This site uses browser storage to retain limited referral and service-page context during your visit and to help prevent duplicate submissions. An enquiry may include the public page where your visit began, the referring website’s origin, and limited campaign identifiers. Raw form details are not kept in browser storage.

Optional analytics

If you choose Allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages and successful enquiries. We send fixed page addresses and titles, without query strings or referring-page details. We do not send your form entries or enquiry identifier to analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Analytics cookies and your preference last up to 90 days. A separate browser marker helps prevent counting the same enquiry twice. You can decline analytics or change your choice using Analytics preferences at the bottom of a public page. Declining does not affect enquiry submission. Browser restrictions or declining analytics can mean an enquiry is not counted in analytics.

For questions about your information, or to request a correction or deletion, contact enquiry@aluxbusinesstravel.com. Do not include passport details, payment card numbers, or other sensitive traveler information in an initial enquiry.
